Whether you’ve upgraded your phone or replaced a lost phone, transferring your Orbit Mobile travel eSIM is easy, just follow the below steps:
Please note: It is against Orbit Mobile’s Terms & Conditions to transfer your eSIM/plan to someone else. Your plan may automatically be suspended if we detect unusual behavior.
1. Deactivate your eSIM on the old device:
- For iPhone: Open Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data), select the eSIM, and tap “Delete eSIM”
- For Android: Open Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager, select the eSIM, and choose “Remove.”
2. Install your eSIM on your new device:
- Use the original email with your QR code contained in it.
- If you can't find your QR code, please contact us to get a copy of the QR code.
- Follow the same steps as installing a new eSIM .
3. Set up your plan for travel:
- Turn off Data Roaming for your physical SIM.
- Set the eSIM as the default for mobile data in your phone settings.
