Check your plan is Inactive:
Go to My Account and check the status of your plan, if it is still showing as "Inactive" please follow the below instructions
Change your plan
To get you up and running as soon as possible, please go ahead and purchase the new plan.
One you have purchased the new plan, click the button below and let us know which plan you'd like removed and we'll cancel and refund you.
Cancel your plan
If you have discovered that your phone is not compatible, and you've not downloaded the eSIM, click the button below and we'll cancel and refund you.
