How do I start my plan?

Once you have purchased your plan you will be able to see your eSIM plan within your account (My Account) as well as within your purchase confirmation email.


If you've not done so already, it is recommended to install your eSIM before travelling to your destination. Assistance with installing your Orbit Mobile travel eSIM can be found in the following - IOS & Android.


Once you enter the country where your plan is valid, the plan will automatically begin.


Once downloaded, update your Mobile Data settings so that your plan automatically connects when you arrive at your destination, and you're ready to say goodbye to sky high roaming charges!
