No Internet Access – Initial Troubleshooting
Purpose: Address cases where eSIM is installed but data isn’t working.
Checklist:
- Data Roaming is ON for Orbit eSIM.
- Orbit eSIM is set as the active Data Line.
- APN is correctly set to bicsapn.
- Customer is physically in the plan’s destination country.
- Restart device and wait 2–3 minutes.
