No Internet Access – Initial Troubleshooting


Purpose: Address cases where eSIM is installed but data isn’t working.
Checklist:

  • Data Roaming is ON for Orbit eSIM.
  • Orbit eSIM is set as the active Data Line.
  • APN is correctly set to bicsapn.
  • Customer is physically in the plan’s destination country.
  • Restart device and wait 2–3 minutes.
